Аннотация:

Введение. Детский церебральный паралич является важной медико-социальной проблемой, приводящей к детской инвалидности. Научный обзор публикуется в двух частях. Часть 1 посвящена вопросам этиологии, патогенеза и клинических проявлений, а часть 2 – вопросам диагностики и лечения спастических форм детского церебрального паралича.

Цель. Анализ мировой литературы по аспектам этиологии, патогенеза и клинических проявлений детского церебрального паралича.

Материалы и методы. Поиск литературных источников в открытых электронных базах PubMed и eLIBRARY за весь доступный в этих базах период.

Результаты и обсуждение. Ведущими причинами детского церебрального паралича считают повреждения или аномалии развития головного мозга плода в перинатальном периоде, однако растёт количество публикаций, посвященных исследованиям влияния генетических и иммунологических факторов.

Выводы. Анализ литературных источников продемонстрировал рост числа публикаций, углубляющих научные знания о разных аспектах детского церебрального паралича. Вместе с тем остаётся значительное количество вопросов, требующих уточнения и более детального исследования. Изучение этиологии, патогенеза и клинических особенностей детского церебрального паралича демонстрирует более широкий взгляд современной медицины на проблему и необходимо для последующего анализа методов диагностики и, в особенности, лечения пациентов с данной патологией.
